Ceres gallery is pleased to present Masayo Nishimura’s Recollections: From New York to Tokyo – a solo exhibition of Nishimura’s photographs of the subway stations running beneath the two cities, taken over the course of a decade. With a spontaneous and casual style, the artist is able to transform each photograph from an everyday scene into work of retro-chic art, taken on 35mm film and hand-printed by the artist.
